Banking Call Center Representative
Voice Full-Time On-Site
PayJ$475 / hour
Bonus PotentialUp to J$15,000/month, paid biweekly
BenefitsDental & health coverage
Location6 Automotive Drive, Mandela Highway, Kingston
Training StartsSeptember 28 · 15 openings

Every day, a leading Jamaican Tier 1 bank trusts teams like ours with its credit card and banking customers — and you'd be the calm, capable voice on the other end when someone calls in with a question or a problem to solve. Most of what you'll handle is straightforward: helping people understand their account, sorting out a card issue, or pointing them in the right direction. It takes genuine patience and a real interest in helping people with their finances, but you don't need a banking background to start — just strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.

You'll begin with a little over two weeks of fully paid training, then move into live calls with a trainer right beside you for support as you get comfortable. After that, you're handed off to a Team Leader who stays in your corner — helping with day-to-day questions, your growth, and anything HR-related. Calls come at a manageable pace, so you can give each customer real attention rather than rushing to the next one.

On top of your hourly pay, there's real bonus potential each month — paid out against your attendance, your call quality scores, and the satisfaction ratings customers give you after speaking with you. The stronger and more consistent you are across all three, the more of that potential you unlock.

A Day In This Role

  • Handle inbound calls from predominantly Jamaican customers of a leading Tier 1 bank
  • Work from a comfortable workstation in a well-lit, air-conditioned facility with a cafeteria and an air-conditioned rooftop break area
  • 9-hour on-site shifts (1-hour unpaid lunch plus two paid 15-minute breaks) within a Mon–Sun, 8:00 a.m.–11:00 p.m. window, including evenings and weekends
  • Schedules posted two weeks ahead; we aim to keep you on a consistent shift for easier personal planning, with peer shift swaps and support for one-off appointment changes
  • Two consecutive days off each week
  • Free company transportation, with pickup points in Kingston, Portmore, and Spanish Town

What You'll Need

  • High school graduate
  • Math and English at the CXC level
  • Strong written and spoken English
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Full attendance during the training period
  • Comfortable navigating a computer and using a mouse
  • Strong empathy and communication skills, with a genuine interest in helping people with financial matters

Technical Tier 1 Support Representative
Voice Full-Time On-Site
PayJ$475 / hour
Bonus PotentialOver J$20,000/month, paid biweekly
BenefitsDental & health coverage
Location6 Automotive Drive, Mandela Highway, Kingston
Training StartsSeptember 28 · 15 openings

When a Canadian household's internet drops or their cable won't connect, they're often already frustrated — and you'd be the person who calms things down and gets them back online. You'll work with customers of a leading Canadian internet, cable, and mobile provider, walking them through everything from a full service outage to a new installation, sometimes during a storm that's knocked out half the neighbourhood. It's technical work, but the real skill is patience: staying steady with someone who's stressed, and sticking with detailed instructions until the problem is actually solved.

Like our other programs, you'll start with a little over two weeks of fully paid training, then ease into live calls with a trainer at your side before being handed off to a Team Leader who supports you day to day. Strong written and spoken English is essential here, since you'll be following detailed technical steps and explaining them clearly back to the customer.

There's also real bonus potential built into this role each month — paid out against your schedule attendance and the survey scores customers give you after they've spoken with you. Showing up consistently and genuinely solving people's problems is what drives it higher.

A Day In This Role

  • Help Canadian customers with internet, cable, and mobile service issues — outages, installs, and troubleshooting
  • Follow detailed written and visual technical instructions to diagnose and resolve issues, including weather-related outages
  • Work from a comfortable workstation in a well-lit, air-conditioned facility with a cafeteria and an air-conditioned rooftop break area
  • 9-hour on-site shifts (1-hour unpaid lunch plus two paid 15-minute breaks) within a Mon–Sun, 7:00 a.m.–11:30 p.m. window, including evenings and weekends
  • Schedules posted two weeks ahead; we aim to keep you on a consistent shift for easier personal planning, with peer shift swaps and support for one-off appointment changes
  • Two consecutive days off each week
  • Free company transportation, with pickup points in Kingston, Portmore, and Spanish Town

What You'll Need

  • High school graduate
  • Math and English at the CXC level
  • Strong written and spoken English
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Full attendance during the training period
  • Technically minded and patient, with a genuine motivation to solve customers' problems

Floor Monitor
Full-Time & Part-Time On-Site
PayJ$450 / hour
Bonus PotentialNone
BenefitsDental & health coverage
Location6 Automotive Drive, Mandela Highway, Kingston
Start DateEarly October · 5 openings (3 full-time, 2 part-time)

This role monitors staff coming and going from one of our production floors, making sure no one is carrying a phone, tablet, recording device, pen, pencil, or paper into the work area. It calls for consistency: the same standard applied to every person, every time, handled professionally and without crowding anyone's personal space.

You'll use a handheld electronic screening wand to check each person as they pass, and keep a log of shift activity, including anyone who doesn't comply with the policy. The role is split fairly evenly between standing at the entrance and sitting nearby during quieter stretches, and it calls for a high degree of due diligence, since there's no room for exceptions.

A Day In This Role

  • Monitor staff coming and going from the production floor, checking for phones, tablets, recording devices, pens, pencils, and paper, using a handheld electronic wand
  • Apply the same standard to all staff, professionally and without crowding anyone's personal space
  • Log shift activity, including any individual who doesn't comply with the no-device policy
  • 9-hour shifts (1-hour unpaid lunch plus two paid 15-minute breaks)
  • Full-time schedules rotate across the week with 2 days off; part-time positions cover Saturday & Sunday only
  • Free company transportation, with pickup points in Kingston, Portmore, and Spanish Town
  • Two company uniforms supplied

What You'll Need

  • High school graduate
  • Strong spoken and written English
  • Comfortable using a handheld electronic screening device
  • A professional, tactful approach to personal interactions
  • High attention to detail and reliable attendance
  • Available to work assigned shifts, including weekends
  • Must pass a police record/background check and a credit check
