Every day, a leading Jamaican Tier 1 bank trusts teams like ours with its credit card and banking customers — and you'd be the calm, capable voice on the other end when someone calls in with a question or a problem to solve. Most of what you'll handle is straightforward: helping people understand their account, sorting out a card issue, or pointing them in the right direction. It takes genuine patience and a real interest in helping people with their finances, but you don't need a banking background to start — just strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
You'll begin with a little over two weeks of fully paid training, then move into live calls with a trainer right beside you for support as you get comfortable. After that, you're handed off to a Team Leader who stays in your corner — helping with day-to-day questions, your growth, and anything HR-related. Calls come at a manageable pace, so you can give each customer real attention rather than rushing to the next one.
On top of your hourly pay, there's real bonus potential each month — paid out against your attendance, your call quality scores, and the satisfaction ratings customers give you after speaking with you. The stronger and more consistent you are across all three, the more of that potential you unlock.
When a Canadian household's internet drops or their cable won't connect, they're often already frustrated — and you'd be the person who calms things down and gets them back online. You'll work with customers of a leading Canadian internet, cable, and mobile provider, walking them through everything from a full service outage to a new installation, sometimes during a storm that's knocked out half the neighbourhood. It's technical work, but the real skill is patience: staying steady with someone who's stressed, and sticking with detailed instructions until the problem is actually solved.
Like our other programs, you'll start with a little over two weeks of fully paid training, then ease into live calls with a trainer at your side before being handed off to a Team Leader who supports you day to day. Strong written and spoken English is essential here, since you'll be following detailed technical steps and explaining them clearly back to the customer.
There's also real bonus potential built into this role each month — paid out against your schedule attendance and the survey scores customers give you after they've spoken with you. Showing up consistently and genuinely solving people's problems is what drives it higher.
This role monitors staff coming and going from one of our production floors, making sure no one is carrying a phone, tablet, recording device, pen, pencil, or paper into the work area. It calls for consistency: the same standard applied to every person, every time, handled professionally and without crowding anyone's personal space.
You'll use a handheld electronic screening wand to check each person as they pass, and keep a log of shift activity, including anyone who doesn't comply with the policy. The role is split fairly evenly between standing at the entrance and sitting nearby during quieter stretches, and it calls for a high degree of due diligence, since there's no room for exceptions.
